At Lyne and Longcross, we nurture every child's unique talents in a loving, inclusive environment inspired by the teachings of Jesus Christ. Our dedicated staff foster a lasting love of learning, encouraging pupils to embrace challenges with faith, courage, and respect. With a strong focus on high-quality teaching and tailored support for vulnerable learners, we ensure that every child flourishes. Join our vibrant community where curiosity is celebrated, and every child is empowered to reach their potential.
Weekly Forest School Sessions
We offer weekly Forest School sessions to promote independence and build confidence in our students. These sessions provide hands-on experiences in nature, fostering a love for the outdoors.
Dedicated Outdoor Learning Space
Our Reception children have access to a dedicated outdoor learning space with a wide range of learning opportunities. This space encourages physical development and exploration, with easy access to equipment for hands-on learning.
Little Wandle Phonics Scheme
We implement the Little Wandle Phonics scheme throughout the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to help build and develop vital early reading skills in our students.
Every Child Matters
At Lyne and Longcross, we care deeply about every child and are committed to supporting them to succeed and reach their full potential.
Parental Engagement
We actively encourage parents to be part of our school community, viewing families as an integral part of our larger school family.
